HPF International was started by Kelly L. Riley.

He approaches his productions as a conduit of experience, distilling each complexity and nuance into the impactful gestures of life. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, he has worked as a freelance filmmaker while independently producing his own documentary and experimental projects since 2000.

Kelly cut his teeth by gaining his production experience throughout the Americas, Europe, East and Southeast Asia; his convivial nature, genuine curiosity, and penchant for langauges allows him to connect with both subjects and clients. Kelly speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Involved in projects ranging from fundraising for eco-friendly non profits to commercial content for Reebok, his main interest remains cinema verité documentary.
